Hey Fam!!
I am glad that you all got home safe and sound and I am glad that you all had such a fun time in sunny San Diego. Thank you for the pics and videos. I am glad that the family is still a dancing weird bunch. :D haha It does my heart good to see so many awesome dance moves. I am sure it makes you proud as well mom. Haha :D I am happy to know that my letter to you Mom came. I was a little worried about it. Glad that you like the necklace and handkerchief. It was also soooo much fun to talk to all of you last week. I can't believe that it had come for that time. I really did feel like I just talked talked to you at Christmas. Time really loses all meaning on a mission, especially the more you go through it. O and I wanted you to know that I am feeling better. I still have my cough a little but it isn't quit as scary as it was last week. The problem now is just my nose being incredibly stuffy. But I am healthy and strong and getting better so no need to worry. :D
Ok so first you are all probably wondering if I have been transferred or not. Well.....I have. I am now serving in Kanagawa. If I do end up staying here for another transfer that will mean I will be apart of the Tokyo South Mission. The new area is nice. It has A LOT of hills but I am looking forward to the hills because it will help me lose more weight by the time I get home, especially with summer being around the corner. It is also a lot warmer here. I am defiantly more south then where I was. My new companion's name is Sister Harding. She is actually on her 2nd transfer (she is my previous companion's mtc companion.) Her trainer ended her mission so I have come to finish her training. She is really sweet. She is from Spanish Fork and is a Japanese Major at BYU. Despite missing Utsunomiya with all of my heart I am looking forward to working in this area. I have already met some of the members and they are all wonderful. So in this new area we actually cover 2 wards. Wish me luck in remembering the names. Haha I really felt the Lord near me just in the last two days. That extra strength is amazing.
So coming here was pretty fun. It is pretty south of my last area so by train it was about a 2 ½ hour trip that I made by myself but for most of the trip I talked to a new friend that I met at the station. She was really cute. She is 23 and is Japanese but speaks really good English because she has lived in England for a year for school. She actually lived in Leads. We had a really good chat and I hope that she calls the Sisters in Utsunomiya. She said that she would. It made leaving a lot easier. I really did leave my heart there. The members spoiled me my last day by a lot of them getting me gifts. I won't have to worry about buying souvenirs for myself. Haha I can't wait to show you what they got me. Some I could try explain them but it wouldn't be as special. But those members really have become my family. I will miss them but take comfort knowing that I can see them for eternity. :D
